Dr. Stephan Völker:
Dr. Stefan Völker is lecturer of the "Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft". In the L-LAB, he deals with issues like contrast perception under mesopic conditions, development and validation of dynamic cognition models, psycho-physiological evaluation of headlamps in context to road safety Dr. Völker graduated in electrical engineering and earned his doctorate in lighting techniques in Ilmenau . Since 2000, he has been an employee for Hella KGaA, working in the area of fundamentals of lighting techniques for 4 years, and is now responsible for teaching and supervision of scientific studies in the L-LAB. |
